    Our jewelry is crafted from a variety of high-quality materials, including precious metals like sterling silver and gold, as well as sustainable and eco-friendly materials like tagua (vegetable ivory). We also feature semi-precious gemstones, pearls, and other unique natural materials.
  • Are your products ethically sourced?
    Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing and sustainability. We work closely with artisans and suppliers who follow fair trade practices to ensure that our jewelry and home goods are produced with respect for both people and the planet.
  • How do I care for my jewelry and home goods?
    For jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve its quality. Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or pouch. Our home goods, depending on the material, should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Specific care instructions will be included with each item.
  • Do you offer custom jewelry designs?
    Yes, we offer custom jewelry services. You can work with our design team to create a unique piece that reflects your personal style. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Custom-made items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [X days, e.g., 7 days] of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
